Physical symptoms to an emotional problem

Insomnia
2 migraines this past week
Stomach pain
Ok I think I have to admit I'm under immense stress. This time it's not work related but a sum of all things.
Give me strength. Let me not be lazy. Grant me wisdom to make the right decisions best for my family.

Been having problems sleeping at night although I'm dead tired.
I've also been having strange nightmares about aliens and deaths.
I have no idea why. I will be extremely sleepy and lethargic in the day.
Hope it will sort itself out.
