From Mecca to Medina

Pictures from our trip. They were taken using my phone so some were edited due to the quality. We did not take that many pictures. Here's some we would like to share.

Masjidil Haram: Thousands heading to that same destination.

The crowd

Heading back

Me in Masjidil Haram during rare moments when there's very few people inside.

We took only two pictures of the kaabah. This is one of it.

The day of Arafah: The climax of Hajj. An unforgettable day. I can't describe it in words.

The tent where we spent our night in Arafah.

Muzdalifah: Thousands gathered and rested till after midnight.

How we spent our time in Muzdalifah. Remembering how Rasullullah (peace be upon him) performed his Hajj and following his footsteps to the best of our ability.

Masjid Namira, Arafah. Where Rasullulah (peace be upon him) gave his sermon on the day of Arafah when he performed his Hajj.

Stoning at the Jamarat.

Our walk home from Jamarat.

The tent city of Mina. Surrounded by mountains.

The beautiful sky that accompanied us on our bus journey from Mecca to Medina.

The beautiful and peaceful Masjid Nabawi, Medina.

Masjid Nabawi. Below the green dome is where Rasullulah (peace be upon him) rests in peace. Subhanallah.

Masjid Nabawi. This is where Alim and I will always plan to meet and alhamdullilah we always managed to find each other amidst the crowd.

The inside of Masjid Nabawi.

Mount of Uhud : where the battle of Uhud took place.

Desert plains

Home. Reunited. Alhamdullilah.
